Shipping Policies

FREE Shipping:

• We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your needs and are pleased to provide FREE UPS ground shipping for all items of $100.00 or more throughout the continental United States.(Alaska and Hawaii are subject to added cost.) 
• All packages are packed appropriatly and fully insured.
• Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours. 
• Orders under $100.00 are charged $7.50
• Please contact us for rates and terms for large or heavy items as additional charges may be applied. 
• Please note that UPS does not deliver on Holidays, weekends or deliveres to P.O. boxes.
• Rush deliveries can be shipped UPS 3rd Day ($20), UPS 2nd day ($35), and UPS next day ($49)

Damage Claims:

• If you recieve a damaged shipment, call us at 800-970-1444 and a call tag will be issued for pickup of the item. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
•  Claims for damage must be received within 10 days of purchase date.
• Do not discard the original packaging material as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. IF for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept any return for a full refund, less shipping and handling cost, within 30 days of purchase. Any item to be returned,must be in original condition, in the original box, and include a copy of your invoice or note with the date it was purchased. Please contact us for a return authorization. Allow 2-3 weeks for you refund to process.

FREE Gift Wrapping:

• We offer FREE gift wrapping on all purchases and a FREE personalized giftcard according to you request.
• Please include the occasion for wrapping purposes in the "comment" section when placing your order, and a short personalized message for a gift enclosure card if you would like to add this.
• Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which we are unable to wrap those items.

• For you security, you billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

No Sales Tax Charges:

If the shipping address is outside of Florida, you will not be charged with sales tax.

All shipping within the state of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.
