How to Order Online:
Ordering online at Classic Boutique & Gallery is secure and easy.
- Shop by Brand Name, Product Type, or Gift Occasion. Once you have identified what you want, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to Cart." When you have finished shopping click on "Check Out" and complete the online order form within 24 hours. Upon completion of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Most regular orders are shipped within two business days. Pandora Jewelry, Vera Bradley and Christine Alexander can only be ordered by phone.
Prices:
- All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the Web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made. We apologize for any inconvenience the may cause.
Product Availability :
- We carry a very extensive inventory, however, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock, we will send you an e-mail letting you know how long it will take before the item is shipped. You can advice us if we than should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when received.
How to Order by Phone or Fax:
If you want your order fast call us at 1-800-970-1444 and place your order over the phone.
(Pandora Jewelry and Vera Bradley can only be ordered over the phone).
- Phone orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:30am-5:30pm EST, by calling (800) 970-1444.
- Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day, at 727-736-8200.
- In order to serve you better, please have our item numbers for the merchandise you would like to order.
- To protect you from possible credit card fraud, all orders must include the cardholder's name as it appears on the card, the billing address the credit card statement is mailed to, and the expiration date.
Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. IF for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept any return for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs,within 30 days of purchase. Any item to be returned, must be in original condition,in the original box and include a copy of the invoice or note with the date of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization. Allow 2-3 weeks for you refund to process.
No Sales Tax Charges:
If the shipping address is outside of Florida, you WILL NOT be charged with sales tax.
All shipping within the state of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.

At Classic Boutique & Gallery we are committed to providing you with top security of your personal information. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and provide a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Collectors Club:
We are an Authorized Redemption Center for each of the collectibles featured on our site. Making it easy for you to order your member-only pieces, we have most of the redemption pieces available for immediate delivery, just include your member number in the "comment" section when placing you order.
Gift Certificates:
At Classic Boutique and Gallery gift certificates are a perfect gift. Available in any denomination $25 minimum. Please call to order to order.
